Holistic Vibrant Living Three-Day Raw Cleansing Fast

Congratulations on participating in Holistic Vibrant Living's Three-day Raw Cleansing fast detoxification plan! This three-day plan will take you on an exciting journey to lose weight, become healthier, and cleanse your body of toxins. You will be following a delicious raw food menu for three days each week, during this time you will consume nothing but raw foods.



Hi, I'm Simone Myles-Young. I'm a foodie with a twist because I love raw and natural whole foods. I learned about whole foods from my mother, who loved feeding me natural foods. Initially, I hated it, but as I grew older, I learned to love the food she introduced to me. These foods kept me healthy and at a low weight for most of my life until I started having children, and then I gained some weight. But that's another story!

During this time of having children and raising them, I went back to school and studied whole foods nutrition at Bauman College in Berkeley California, and earned a certificate in diet counseling. It’s my hobby and passion and has been for over 40 years now. and the reason being I had to learn how to lose weight naturally after giving birth to four children. I adopted the natural foods and herbs routine,  with Yoga and it became my lifestyle habit.  I finally discovered how to sustain a healthy weight and improve my overall health. It works!


So I decided to write this course for people who want to lose weight and begin to eat a healthy diet by changing their eating habits and lifestyle. Not everyone will just want to lose weight because some people have serious health issues and desperately want to find their way back to good health.  This course will help you do just that.

By following the protocol that I have laid out in my Three Day Raw Cleansing Fast, you will gain an understanding of what it takes to jump-start a new lifestyle by eating healthy and nutritiously. However, this three-day crash course leads to an even bigger commitment to your health. Once you have mastered this simple course, you will be ready for the next course, the Seven-Day Cleansing Fast Repeat.




I have provided the raw menu plans and Whole Foods regimen for each course, but I must warn you that sticking to the plan for three days won’t be easy, as your body will fight you all the way. It is not uncommon to start the fast several times before mastering perfection with the whole three days and just eating raw food. Therefore, it is essential to map out each meal you are going to eat, such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and have the food at your fingertips. If you have a family, warn them about the care you will need and ask them not to tempt you. Get them on board with your plan of action.

I have provided suggested meal combinations with raw fruits and vegetables, a list of recipes, and a grocery list of raw vegetable and condiment ideas. Before starting the fast, I recommend that you take a look at these materials, including the raw vegetable and condiment ideas to do your shopping ahead of time. Trust me, this journey will not be boring, but rewarding as you feel the pounds shedding off your body and producing a clearer and brighter mind. This plan will prepare you for the bigger prize, which is a longer cleanse and more weight loss. 



In the more extensive Seven Day Cleansing Fast course, you have the means to document your progress as you learn to love your body again in what I think is an easy and seamless process if you just have the willpower to last. It includes menu plans, a yoga routine, a journal, and a workbook. I've also incorporated a fun, energizing yoga position for each day of the course to further tone your body.

I value this community I am starting, and your suggestions and feedback are welcome throughout this three-day process. If you have food allergies, make a note to choose options your body can tolerate. You may also ask me for other suggestions throughout this process to work around these problems. In our discovery interview, which you can book, we will note in your food plan what your issues are with food or allergies. Our menu plan is filled with plenty of options to work with.

I recommend practicing this 3-day raw plan three days a week for three months and eating other whole food choices for the remaining four days to condition your palate and stomach for this three-day cleansing period. Cleansing the system by eating raw food helps the body achieve homeostasis, a condition of balance. If successful, you will see major improvements. Then you'll be able to graduate to my Seven Day Plan. The end game is to become vegan and to slowly introduce your body to a healthy plant-based diet, gradually eliminating meat when you choose to. It may be hard at first, but through time, it may work for your body type to have a cleaner diet and feel good. However, with all changes, there will be growing pains, and my disclaimer would be to check with your health provider before making these changes, particularly if you have pre-existing health issues.
